Novel has Landed in the Shopify App Store!
Novel is a no-code web3 commerce platform that powers NFT drops and tokengating.
It’s a big day over at the Novel HQ, and we’re excited to share it with you.
For many months, we’ve been building in beta, partnering with scores of amazing brands to launch their NFT collections and give value to community members.
We’ve been lucky enough to work with brands like Liquid Death, powering tokengated perks for Murder Head Death Club; Taika Coffee, who used web3 to crowdsource the development of this product in partnership with Friends With Benefits; RunGum, who moved their ambassador program over to the blockchain; and Perfy, who launched a web3 loyalty program and tokengated soda line specifically for holders of the Doodles NFT collection (and many more!).
Since our launch, we’ve connected with more than 200 direct-to-consumer brands and guided their entrance into web3.
Today, we are thrilled to announce that the Novel app is now live in the Shopify app store!

NFT Creation
Use the Novel NFT Builder to create a collection of NFTs using your own artwork.
NFT Drops
Drop your NFT collection directly on your Shopify storefront next to your physical products. Customers can buy your NFT via the standard Shopify checkout, the same way they would buy a tee-shirt.
Tokengating
Tokengating is the authentication layer that powers exclusive experiences. Create tokengated products, content, discounts, and more directly on your storefront (read: give special access to NFT holders). You can leverage tokengating to create tiered membership programs for your community and offer a special storefront experience to VIP members.
Collection Import
Want to attract new, brand-aligned customers? Import an existing NFT collection (like Bored Ape Yacht Club or World of Women) and set up a tokengated discount or product line just for members of that community.
